Bookkeeping that makes your numbers feel supportive

If your business outgrew your mental RAM, you don’t need more willpower, you need a bookkeeping system that can hold the complexity for you.

Let’s see what’s not working and choose the simplest next step.

My Approach: Pause → Process → Peace

Pause — identify what’s happening in your business bookkeeping (and where the stress is coming from).

Process — we create one source of accounting truth in your bookkeeping software

Peace — you have a system that stays organized, so you’re not rebuilding every year.

Path 1: Guided Clarity

For when you have one specific issue and you want answers fast.

This is the “can we talk through this and fix it?” option.

  • We’ll look at what’s happening, untangle the confusion, and I’ll tell you exactly what to do next. Sometimes we solve the whole thing on the call.

  • Understand what to do for bookkeeping as you move from W2 to 1099 income full-time

  • Solve issues like recording sales from Stripe/PayPal/Square/etc correctly in your bookkeeping software.

  • Get help making your bookkeeping easier to manage yourself.

Start with a Clarity Drop-In Call ($25)

If it turns out to be more involved, we can setup a short project.

Path 2: The Peaceful Money System

For when you want reliable books and steady support so your numbers make sense.

  • ✨ Cleanup bookkeeping (priced by project)

    • Fix your messy bookkeeping and get it caught up and ready for tax filing

    • Transaction recording + categorization

    • Account reconciliations + financial reports

  • ✨ Monthly bookkeeping (starts at $450/month)

    • Bookkeeping stays easy year-round with consistent upkeep and support as things change

    • Monthly transaction recording + categorization

    • Monthly reconciliations + financial reports

    • Tax-ready financials year-round

    • Year-round question support + collaboration with your tax pro

We’ll start by reviewing your current bookkeeping so we choose the right starting point.

How working with me is different

We start by naming the solution you need

A lot of people say “I need an accountant,” but that can mean needing help with bookkeeping (accuracy), finances (decisions), or taxes (compliance).

My first job is helping you name the real problem so you can find the right solution.

The process is built to reduce mental load

You don’t manage me. I set up a repeatable system for getting what I need without adding more uncertainty in your finances.

How that looks in real life:

  • Clear, specific requests (no vague asks)

  • One home base for uploads + questions

  • Async-first communication (respond when you have bandwidth)

  • We fix bottlenecks once so avoid recurring issues

Result: you’re not “doing bookkeeping,” you’re occasionally answering one clear question, in one place, with full context.

FAQ

Q: What size business do you work with?

If you’re at $300K - $1 Million revenue/year:
I mainly work with businesses making at least 6 figures of revenue (income before expenses) per year. I provide done-for-you bookkeeping services, cleanup bookkeeping, and bookkeeping system support.

If you’re under $300K revenue/year:
At this revenue level, you usually need help with a specific bookkeeping problem. I can help you figure out what’s actually going on and map out the simplest next steps so you get unstuck.

Q: Do you do taxes?

I don’t prepare or file taxes. I help make sure your bookkeeping is clean and organized so tax time is way easier.

That usually looks like:

  • getting your books accurate and up to date

  • making sure income/expenses are categorized

  • flagging anything that would confuse a tax pro (or create surprises)

  • giving you clean reports your tax person can actually use

If you already have a tax preparer, great, I’ll help you show up with solid numbers. If you don’t, I can help you know what to look for in a good one and even refer you to ones I like working with.
