Here's how we build your money system.
Most people don't know exactly which piece they're missing, they just know something isn't working. The Peaceful Money Map is how we find out what that is and decide together what makes sense next.
My Approach: Pause → Process → Peace
Pause — We start with a Peaceful Money Map: a look at what's happening in your money system so we know what's working, what's leaking, and what to fix first.
Process — We organize your business money system and fix those issues.
Peace — We maintain the organized system through training, check-ins, and monthly bookkeeping.
The Peaceful Money System
How Your Money System Works
A money system has three jobs: you need to know what's happening (map it), get it organized and accurate (fix it), and keep it that way over time (maintain it). Most people are missing at least one of those pieces, sometimes all three.
The Peaceful Money Map is how we figure out which pieces are already working for you and which ones need to be built.
1. Map it — Peaceful Money Map
A diagnostic session where I look at your full money system (bookkeeping software, bank accounts, invoicing, payment processors) and create a clear map of what's working, what's leaking, and what's missing.
What you leave with:
A written Money Map showing what's working, what's messy, and what's missing
A recommendation for what to do next based on what we find
$500
2. Fix it — Organize & Cleanup
Once we know what needs fixing, there are a few ways to do it depending on what the Map shows.
Money System Setup
For businesses that don't have a bookkeeping system yet: I set up your software with your business information, customers, vendors, services, and chart of accounts so you have a reliable foundation to build on.
$300 — included with cleanup if cleanup is needed
Cleanup Bookkeeping
For businesses with messy, behind, or unreliable books. I rebuild and catchup your financial records so income, expenses, and profit are in one clear place; no more hunting for numbers at tax time.
What's included:
Bookkeeping software setup
Transaction recording + categorization
Account reconciliations + financial reports
Custom pricing provided at the end of your Peaceful Money Map session, typically $2,400–$6,000 for a 12-month messy rebuild.
Also available as a VIP Week for faster turnaround.
3. Maintain it — Ongoing Support
Once the system is organized, we keep it that way. There are two paths depending on how involved you want to be:
Path 1: DIY with Support
Money System Training
Learn to manage your own bookkeeping with a system customized to your business. Four monthly sessions covering categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, year-end tax prep, and a final system check-in.
$250/month for 4 months (total $1,000)
Money System Check-Ins (Quarterly)
After training, async reviews keep your system working as your business runs. Includes feedback on what's working, answers to your questions, and one annual mini Money Map session.
$150/month (optional live call: $150/call)
Path 2: Done-For-You
Monthly Bookkeeping
I handle all ongoing transaction recording, reconciliation, and financial reports. You get clean books, tax-ready financials, and support coordinating with your tax pro.
Starts at $500/month — pricing is reviewed after the first 90 days to confirm it reflects your actual bookkeeping needs.
Not sure which of these you need?
That's exactly what the Peaceful Money Map is for. We look at what you already have, find what's missing, and I recommend the right combination — so you're not guessing about where to start.
How working with me is different
We start by figuring out what's actually going on
A lot of people say “I need an accountant,” but that can mean needing help with bookkeeping (accuracy), finances (decisions), or taxes (compliance).
My first job is helping you name the real problem so you can find the right solution.
The process is built to reduce mental load
You don’t manage me. I set up a repeatable system for getting what I need without adding more uncertainty in your finances.
Result: you’re not “doing bookkeeping,” you’re occasionally answering clear questions, in one place, with full context.
FAQ
Q: Who do you work with?
Creatives or neurodivergent business owners.
They run their business online, they've fully claimed ownership of what they've built, and they know the money stuff is theirs to figure out. They just haven't had the right support yet.
Most come to me dreading tax season, behind on their books, or realizing they've been avoiding their numbers longer than they'd like to admit.
If you need someone to come in with all the answers before they've heard yours, we're not the right fit. But if you're ready to understand what's true in your numbers, that's exactly who I'm here for.
Q: What size business do you work with?
For done-for you services, I usually work with businesses with annual revenue of $300,000 - $5 million and either solo owner or owners with a team of up to 10.
For training and DIY support, I usually work with self-employed or solo business owners with annual revenue up to $300,000.
Q: Do you do taxes?
No, but I make tax time a lot less awful. I keep your bookkeeping clean and organized so you show up to your tax pro with solid numbers, not a mess to sort through first.
That means accurate, up-to-date books, income and expenses categorized correctly, clean reports ready to hand off, and anything confusing flagged before it becomes a surprise.
If you already have a tax preparer, great. If you don't, I can help you know what to look for and refer you to ones I trust.
Q: Are you neurodivergent friendly?
Yes, I'm AuDHD myself, so I build my whole process around giving context before you ask, welcoming questions, and clear explanations.
