• Xero — Bookkeeping software (that’s not overstimulating).

• Gusto — Payroll. Good option for small teams.

• Patriot Payroll — Another payroll option, good for simple payrolls.

• Double — Client portal and bookkeeping quality control.

• Zite (Fillout) — Forms. More flexible than most form tools (and pretty!)

• Quo — Virtual phone system. Useful for keeping business and personal separate.

• Thnks — Client gifts. Easy way to send something thoughtful.

• Beehiiv — Newsletter platform. What I use for The Peaceful Pocket.

• Mailerlite — Another good newsletter/email option.

• Descript — Video and audio editing. Makes the editing process a lot calmer.

• Sunsama - What I use to plan my days and weeks. Pulls tasks into one place so I can see what's realistic instead of guessing.

💵 Personal finance

• Monarch Money — Personal finance tracking. Good option for tracking personal finances since your business finances are in their own app.
