The kind of service providers I like to hire or follow as an AuDHD business owner?

The kind of service providers I like to hire or follow as an AuDHD business owner? Their stuff doesn’t make my brain freak out.

When I open an email or scroll past a post that says “10 things to do right now” or “quick tips to boost your [whatever],” my first feeling isn’t excitement,
it’s tiredness.

I appreciate the effort but all those “just one more thing”s add up and scatter me more than they help.

What helps me feel grounded is structure, something that lets me see the whole picture, even if not everything’s filled in yet.

Kind of like the periodic table.

When it was created in 1869, there were only about 63 known elements. The creator left blank spaces for the ones that hadn’t been discovered yet and sure enough, those missing elements were eventually found.

That’s the kind of structure I appreciate in the people I work with:
- the ones who don’t throw everything at me and expect me to build the structure myself (because I will try),
- the ones who build systems solid enough to share what’s relevant now and flexible enough to hold space for what I’m not ready for yet.

That’s what helps me feel grounded. And that’s how I try to show up for my clients, too.

Natural hair care routines taught me this truth: you deserve systems that work with you — not ones that demand you twist yourself around them.
